#COVIDWEIGHTRESCUE – I lost 7 pounds in the past few days with my low carb, high protein plus healthy fat meals and I feel great!

I started by sautΓ©ing the vegetables in butter – green, red, yellow peppers – add Spinach – add your protein (I used ham) – add the egg and let it get firm – add cheese – fold & Serve! It took four minutes!!!!

High protein – high fat – high green vegetables – NO CARBS!
1. Dr Atkins Induction for 10-14 days straight (less than 20 grams of carbs daily): absolutely no carbs except green vegetables. NO FRUIT. This will cause your body to go into ketosis by the third day which means itβs burning its own fat for fuel (instead of burning carbs and storing fat). You will feel lighter, lose lots of pounds and inches around your belly, build muscle, no bloating, etc. – remember to eat as much as you want. Just no sugar, no carbs!

Protein: eat as much as you want – meat – chicken – pork – lamb – fish – cheese – eggs – as much as you want until you are full

OPTIONAL IF YOU NEED A YUMMY TREAT: slim fast ADVANCED protein shakes on ice which also curbs sugar cravings – creamy chocolate is delicious
Plus
coffee with a DROP of French vanilla or flavored cream (not milk) plus Splenda or stevia also helps sugar cravings
Fat – you must have healthy fats – butter – oils – cream – salad dressings – NO fat free dressings because they are loaded with sugar – so dip your lobster in butter or oil if you want!!

Green vegetables – no corn – no potatoes – no carrots – no tomatoes (itβs really a fruit)

2. After you do that for 14 days you will be ready for phase two: adding a few more carbs like nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc until you reach your goal. My late godmother lost 100plus pounds that way. The key is to have the food prepared and available.
