I blackened the salmon on the George Foreman grill because I didn’t want to go outside to use the big grill – it only took about 5 minutes – you can do it in the broiler – same seasonings as above – Mix Together & Serve!

High protein – high fat – high green vegetables – NO CARBS!

1. Dr Atkins Induction for 10-14 days straight (less than 20 grams of carbs daily): absolutely no carbs except green vegetables. NO FRUIT. This will cause your body to go into ketosis by the third day which means it’s burning its own fat for fuel (instead of burning carbs and storing fat).
