Marchers To Commemorate 57th Anniversary of 'Bloody Sunday' in Selma


Marches were led in Selma, AL, 57 years ago in what became known as β€œBloody Sunday.”

Back then, Black people were pushing for their right to vote. This year, a commemoration march comes as states across the country have enacted restrictive voting laws, a reminder that the fight for voting rights is still ongoing.
