The founder of Empower Mentorship and Martial Arts, coach Cameron Cullers, joins “BNC Live” by phone to discuss the latest school shooting in Texas that left four people injured. The student, Timothy George Simpkins, 18, was taken into custody following the shooting. He was released and is currently under home confinement, per reports.
Family claims that Simpkins’ actions stemmed from bullying.
