A New Jersey mother has been arrested and charged hours after her missing daughter was found safe.
Fourteen-year-old Jashyah Moore, who was missing for a month, was found after a good Samaritan recognized the girl in New York City on the night of Nov. 11.
Her mother, Jaime Moore, is now facing charges stemming from the teenβs life at home.
