It can be awkward for both parents and teenagers to have conversations about specific topics. One mom decided to turn those conversations into a mother-daughter podcast called “Don’t Wanna Talk About It.” The creator Simone Jones Tyner and her daughter Journey join “Start Your Day” with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill to discuss the project. Simone says she didn’t have any reservations and she wanted to share her real experiences with her daughter. Journey says she initially had reservations because she didn’t know how much would be shared, but eventually, it began working for them.
