A few things I learned on this hair journey . . .

1. Don’t wait until you hit rock bottom. Listen to that whisper from God and start to make changes before the situation gets out of control.

2. Your freedom is interconnected to everything in your life: financial – emotional – spiritual – mental – health – career – and yes your hair — they are all connected. Heal one and watch the others fall into place. There I was happily married – beautiful children – awesome career – financially independent — sweating in a hot wig! LOL – silly.

3. When your plans don’t work out the way you expect them to, let go, let God, and do the best you can with what you have.
