NAACP President Meets With NFL Commissioner on Racial Inequities

One of the big talkers as of Friday morning is the recent news conference by the Miami Dolphins’ new head coach Mike McDaniel, who replaced Brian Flores.

The league is under fire for not having enough Black representation when 70% of the players are Black. While the NFL says McDaniel is one of the new minority head coaches, he says he identifies as a human being and his father is Black. NAACP president Derrick Johnson is one of the civil rights activists who told commissioner Roger Goodell that things have to change, and quick. He joins β€œStart Your Day” to discuss what’s happening with the NFL.
