The U.S. Constitution is outdated and in need of revisions to fit modern times.
“The Nation” justice correspondent Elie Mystal has a new book called “Allow Me to Retort: A Black Guy’s Guide to the Constitution.” In his book he argues that the Constitution didn’t make good on its promise of justice for all and suggests some major changes to it.
He speaks more about it with Marc Lamont Hill on “Black News Tonight.”
