On a hunting trip with four white men, the only black man ends up dead. No one will be charged with killing Jamaican immigrant Peter Spencer. The district attorney says the unidentified man who shot Spencer nine times was justified, calling the shooting self-defense. Tonight, the Spencer family representative will tell us how the family is dealing with the findings and what’s next.
