Tensions are mounting as President Joe Biden confirmed today that he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin has made the final decision to indeed invade Ukraine as U.S. officials are warning of an increased Russian military buildup near Ukraine.
Today, top U.S. officials said as many as 190,000 Russian troops have now gathered along the Ukrainian border. That’s 40,000 more than was reported yesterday and it’s despite Putin’s contradictory claims that he was scaling back troops.
