President Joe Biden started his first term on a roll.
He signed a record number of Executive Orders during his inaugural week to address immigration and climate change. Biden paused privately-run prisons and invoked the Defense Authorization Act, which led to the massive ramp-up of vaccine production.
Despite the accomplishments of this 46th President with a 42% approval rating, Biden and Democrats aren’t on steady ground, especially with the Midterms right around the corner.
Mo Mitchell, the National Director of the Working Families Party, joins Aisha Mills on “AMplified” to discuss why Biden’s numbers took such a drastic turn for the worst and what this may mean for the future of the Democratic Party.
All this and more on “AMplified.”
