Roland ethers Busta Rhymes with an epic COVID deconstruction

In a now viral video recorded during a show in Missouri back in June, Hip Hop artist Busta Rhymes says he isn’t afraid of COVID and spoke out against wearing masks to prevent the spread of the deadly pathogen.

During his performance in St. Louis, MO, the rapper denounced mask mandates, citing that no one should tell you how to breathe.

On Tuesday, Roland Martin deconstructed Busta Rhymes remarks, saying that he and other celebrities are essentially leading people “like lambs to the slaughter” by spewing ill informed rhetoric and factually incorrect information about the COVID-19 pandemic.
