San Jose First to Pass Gun Liability Insurance Requirement Law

San Jose, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley, is the first city in the nation to require gun owners to have liability insurance.


While city leaders see the ordinance as an effort to curb gun violence, gun rights advocates see it as a violation of their first and second amendment rights and have already filed a lawsuit. Correspondent Anser Hassan joins “BNC Live” host Laverne McGee with the latest.
