Second LA City Council meeting after leak of racist audio
The Los Angeles City Council reconvenes after a raucous hearing was disrupted by protesters calling for the resignation of three members caught on tape making racist remarks. The council completed little work Tuesday after two of the embattled members ducked out of the meeting and the former council president, who resigned that post, was taking a leave of absence.
