After President-Elect Joe Biden’s win on election day and Democrats retaining control of the House of Representatives some are saying Dems should now compromise with Republicans.
Rev. William Barber issued a warning to those who think Democrats should follow that train of thought. During a recent sermon, Barber said, “Some things you can’t compromise on.”
He asked, “How do you compromise with people who are more interested in putting one woman on the Supreme Court rather than keeping thousands out of caskets?”
Barber added, ” if Democrats who now have the presidency and the House of Representatives reveal that their primary goal is going to be compromised – They’re going to lose the people that voted for them and they will never get them back.”
