Was It Worth It? Taliban Celebrate As U.S. Ends 20-Year Afghan War With Final Evacuation Flights

It’s officially over…The last plane carrying Americans from Afghanistan departs as the longest U.S. war concludes.

Officials say several Taliban members were seen firing their weapons in the sky as the last U.S military service member left the country.

A U.S airstrike kills ten civilians, including children, in Kabul.

According to officials, an ISIS-K car bomb that posed an “imminent” danger to Kabul airport was the target.

The dead were from a single extended family. They were leaving their car when the strike happened.

The youngest victim was a 2-year-old girl.

Sunday, President Bident met with the families of the 13 service members killed during last week’s ISIS-K bombing at the Kabul airport.

The Pentagon says about 122,000 people have been evacuated out of Afghanistan.
