Former defensive back and Super Bowl champ Will Blackmon joins Sharon Reed on ‘Start Your Day’ to give his takeaways on the first night of the 2021 NFL Draft.
The pair shared pleasantries about the Jacksonville Jaguars, which is owned by Shad Khan, a lead investor in BNC. The team had the No. 1 overall pick last night and selected former Clemson Tigers stars Trevor Lawrence and Travis Etienne. The team has also discussed adding Tim Tebow after his workout with the franchise.
Blackmon shared his thoughts on it all including which teams he thought scored wins with their draft picks.
“For the most part, I think everyone got who they needed,” he said. The former NFL star told Reed he predicted where the first five picks would land and was only incorrect about the Jets selecting BYU quarterback Zach Wilson.
