Between mask mandates, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and tragic news around the world, many people are dealing with large amounts of stress as they struggle to relax. “Start Your Day” invited Stephanie Singleton, a wellness coach, yoga instructor and founder of Prana Wellness, to the show for the Woosah Wednesday segment. Singleton talks to Sharon Reed and Mike Hill about the benefits of yoga, how people can deal with stress and best ways to stay in shape and handle stress.
