A Tennessee police officer fired his stun gun at a food delivery man who began recording his traffic stop, saying he felt unsafe.
The man in the video is delivery driver Delane Gordon, and he is facing several charges, including; speeding, resisting arrest, and obstruction of justice.
Gordon began recording the encounter during a March 10 stop by a Collegedale, Tennessee Police officer.
CPD Police and a Tennessee sheriff’s office are conducting separate investigations.
