Biden to Make History as 1st President to Nominate Black Woman to SCOTUS

President Joe Biden will make history as the first president to nominate a Black woman to the Supreme Court after Justice Stephen Bryer retires.

Rarione Maniece joins โ€œThe World Tonightโ€ hosts Kelly Wright and Nayyera Haqq to discuss the upcoming retirement and subsequent appointment. Biden says the move is โ€œlong overdueโ€ and his appointment will be someone who has the character, qualifications, experience and integrity to serve on the nationโ€™s highest court. The White House has not confirmed Bidenโ€™s top list, but the names of possible contenders have made headlines.
