President Joe Biden will make history as the first president to nominate a Black woman to the Supreme Court after Justice Stephen Bryer retires.
Rarione Maniece joins “The World Tonight” hosts Kelly Wright and Nayyera Haqq to discuss the upcoming retirement and subsequent appointment. The White House has not confirmed Biden’s top list, but the names of possible contenders have made headlines.
