Democrats have started to do the math as it relates to the 2022 midterms, and they are preparing for a potential disaster.
At the moment, Democrats have a slight majority in the Senate and a narrow majority in the House. Losing them both would help the Republicans block President Biden’s agenda. Ever since the 2020 election, 18 states have passed more than 30 laws that are deemed as voter suppression.
Black voters have overwhelmingly put Biden in office but haven’t received a return that investment. Nsé Ufot, CEO of the New Georgia Project, joins Charles Blow on “Prime” to discuss the topic.
