The Senate confirmation hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson are set to begin Monday.
While many are looking forward to this historic moment, her past rulings in racial discrimination cases can’t be bypassed without some scrutiny. “Reuters” reviewed 25 of her most substantive rulings and found that she only ruled in favor of three cases.
